in Delhi to the World Stage
Web Services Solution was founded in 2012 by a single developer with a laptop, a broadband connection, and an unyielding obsession with building beautiful things on the web. Operating out of Subhash Nagar in New Delhi, our earliest projects were modest — a local shop here, a small business website there. But from day one, we built every project as if it were our own.
Word spread quickly. Clients returned. Referrals multiplied. By 2014 we had our first small team — a developer, a designer, and an SEO specialist — and we moved into a proper workspace. The pace of growth was both exciting and humbling. We were learning constantly, improving constantly, and winning the trust of clients who had every reason to go to larger agencies but chose us instead.

The turning point came in 2016 when we landed our first international client — a UK-based South Asian e-commerce business. That project changed everything. It proved that Indian agency quality, when done right, could compete with the best in the world at a fraction of the cost. By 2018 we had clients in Canada and the USA. By 2020, Australia and the UAE followed.
Today, Web Services Solution is a 20+ person team of developers, designers, marketers, and strategists — distributed across Delhi, Ottawa, and London — serving clients in six countries simultaneously. We've built e-commerce stores that now turn over millions of pounds, SEO campaigns that have tripled organic traffic, custom software systems that have saved companies thousands of hours, and AI chatbots that run 24/7 without missing a beat.
But the thing we're most proud of? Over 85% of our clients come back for a second, third, or fourth project. Not because they have to — because they want to.
